£20 deposit is paid by all people hiring a bike. On hiring any bike you have to agree to Pedal Power's Terms and Conditions these are:-
Deposits these are refunded except when equipment is damaged or
returned late. Members will be asked to pay the £20 if they damage a bike,
or lose any of the accessories.
All bikes and equipment supplied by Pedal Power are the responsibility of the
hirer for the duration of the hire.
Please note that Pedal Power cannot accept any liability
whatsoever for damage to property arising from the hire of cycles or
equipment, nor damage to persons.
